PeakPoint evaluates properties in their current condition, including those requiring repairs or updating. That does not mean every property is a fit. Condition is one factor in an overall evaluation, and each property is assessed individually.
Requesting an evaluation carries no PeakPoint evaluation fee and no obligation to proceed, and it does not guarantee an offer or a purchase.

Do I need to make repairs before requesting an evaluation?
No. You do not need to renovate or repair anything merely to request an evaluation. PeakPoint can evaluate a property in its current condition.
Does PeakPoint buy properties regardless of condition?
No. Condition is one factor in an overall evaluation, and every property is assessed individually. An evaluation does not guarantee that PeakPoint will make an offer or purchase the property.
What should I include when describing the condition?
Share what you know in plain terms, such as the age of the property, known issues, and anything you are aware of that may need attention. You are not expected to have reports or estimates.
What if I do not know the full extent of the work needed?
That is common and it is fine. Tell us what you know and we will review the information you provide, then follow up with questions if there may be a fit.
Is there a cost to request an evaluation?
There is no PeakPoint evaluation fee and no obligation to proceed. In a direct PeakPoint acquisition, no commission is paid to PeakPoint by the seller.
